Description
The Retail Lead assists retail supervisors in leading and motivating staff, supervising assigned personnel, coaching new team members, overseeing floor operations, managing inventory and cash, handling guest service and complaints, maintaining displays and cleanliness, and achieving sales goals. The role requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, POS knowledge, physical ability to handle boxes, and availability for varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Two to three years of retail experience is a plus, and the position offers hourly non-exempt pay, an employee assistance program, early payment, tuition discounts, parental leave, and meal and employee discounts.
