Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Retail Learning Manager based in Singapore to lead Field Coaches and support key stores, develop and execute market-wide learning and coaching strategies, improve client experience and selling behaviors, manage retail learning budgets and ROI, and develop Field Coaches across Singapore and Malaysia. The role requires 8–10 years of luxury retail experience, sales and people leadership, performance-based coaching, KPI assessment, and strong communication and leadership skills.
