Ballerina Farm is hiring a full-time Retail Manager to lead the overall operations of its Midway and Kamas, Utah retail stores. The role oversees staffing, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, food and grocery operations, customer service, sales, labor, and business performance while coaching supervisors and retail associates. Candidates need at least five years of progressive retail management experience, experience with food and grocery environments, a current Utah Food Handler Permit, and proficiency with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. The position is on-site, pays $80,000 or more depending on experience, and includes paid time off, health benefits, and parental leave.
