Description
The Retail Manager oversees daily thrift-store sales-floor operations, customer service, staffing, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, safety, compliance, and retail performance. The role supervises retail supervisors, develops the team, manages schedules and labor costs, and collaborates with store leadership to improve sales, profitability, and customer experience. English and Spanish proficiency are preferred, along with computer skills and a high school diploma or GED; prior thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. The pay range is $58,000 to $63,000.
