Description
Landsec is hiring a Retail Manager for Brighton Marina on a 21-hour-per-week contract, with work scheduled for at least three days per week and occasional travel to other sites and London Victoria. The role supports occupier relationships, trading performance, guest experience, events, community initiatives, compliance, and destination activation while collaborating with retailers, service partners, the Centre Director, and the Operations Manager. The position requires strong relationship-building, data analysis, customer focus, communication, organisation, and commercial awareness.
