Description
The Merchandise Manager supports the Store Manager in leading retail store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram execution, visual merchandising, pricing, promotional execution, Ship from Store, returns, and shrink reduction. The role also provides Manager-on-Duty coverage, workload planning, team training, and asset protection. It requires at least three years of retail leadership experience, physical store work including lifting and climbing, and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings. The total base pay range is $14.00 to $19.30, with possible overtime compensation.
