Description
The Retail Merchandiser supports Grocery Outlet’s new-store launches and existing-store operations across the United States by teaching merchandising and brand standards, setting up and organizing fixtures and products, unpacking pallets, and coordinating administrative tasks. The role requires weekly travel, including 4–5 nights away from home, the ability to work 5–10 consecutive days, flexible overnight and weekend shifts, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $22.65 per hour, with 401(k) profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, and covered travel expenses.
