Macy’s is hiring a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, to execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, maintain organized and shoppable displays, update pricing and promotional signage, replenish merchandise, and support sales. The role also involves greeting and assisting customers, collaborating with colleagues across departments, using point-of-sale technology, and meeting sales goals. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week; both schedules include weekend shifts. The position requires flexible availability, dependable attendance, physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to use computers and register technology.
