Essor is hiring a Retail Operations Analyst to support BOKA’s retail growth through demand planning, forecasting, sales order management, sales analysis, reporting, vendor and retailer collaboration, promotional execution, and process automation. The role requires at least two years of experience in retail, CPG, sales operations, demand planning, or analytics; strong analytical and Excel skills; and familiarity with AI, automation, and data systems. The estimated salary is $65,000–$80,000 per year.
