Description
The Retail Operations Manager supports the Director of Retail Operations and branch network by overseeing cash and ITM/ATM operations, coordinating service providers and vendors, managing service tickets and equipment records, supporting system implementations, monitoring compliance and operational controls, preparing reports, and coordinating training. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, five years of progressively responsible experience in operations or branch support, knowledge of financial institution regulations and operational systems, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
