LUXASIA is hiring a Retail Operations Executive to oversee the operational efficiency of beauty retail stores. The role manages in-store operations and manpower planning, supports sales-target achievement, ensures visual merchandising and inventory accuracy, manages Beauty Advisors and commission payouts, and prepares sales and inventory performance reports. Candidates need a diploma in business or a relevant discipline, at least four years of retail experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, preferably with team-leading experience, and strong communication, inventory management, digital, and prioritization skills.
