Description
The Retail Operations Lead oversees day-to-day retail operations in an assigned area, coordinating projects, customers, store teams, and construction partners while ensuring quality, budget, safety, and performance standards. The role leads and develops direct reports, tracks project completions, resolves operational issues, and serves as a liaison between frontline staff and management. It requires a high school education, 2–4 years of relevant experience, some travel, and the ability to perform physically demanding in-store work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in refrigerated, freezer, and deli or bakery areas.
