Huckberry is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead store-level operations and ensure absolute back-of-house excellence in their new brick-and-mortar location in Hayes Valley. The role involves optimizing back-of-house operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and creating a stable, compliant work environment. The manager will report to the Senior Manager of Stores and partner with the Sales Manager to maximize store profitability by focusing on inventory integrity, product flow efficiency, labor compliance, and scaling best practices.
