The TurboTax Retail Location Manager leads a cross-functional team of tax experts and concierges at a local tax preparation center, overseeing customer experience, store operations, performance management, compliance, community engagement, and team development. The role requires onsite presence at multiple TurboTax retail locations in the Chicago metro area, travel within the market, and occasional trips to Intuit’s San Diego home office. Candidates need at least three years of retail, service-industry, or customer-facing leadership experience, with tax preparation, people-management, KPI, complaint-resolution, and tax-credential experience preferred. The position offers $43–$58.50 per hour in Illinois, plus performance-based bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.
