Description
The TurboTax Retail Location Manager leads a cross-functional team of tax experts and concierges at a local tax preparation center, overseeing customer experience, store operations, performance management, compliance, community engagement, and team development. The role requires onsite presence at multiple TurboTax retail locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, travel within the market, and travel to Intuit’s San Diego home office approximately twice per year. Candidates need at least three years of retail, service-industry, or customer-facing leadership experience, with tax preparation, people-management, KPI, complaint-resolution, and tax-credential experience preferred.
