Description
The TurboTax Retail Operations Manager leads one or more local tax preparation centers, coaching and managing tax experts and concierges while overseeing customer experience, store operations, compliance, scheduling, technology, performance metrics, and community engagement. The role may require onsite presence at multiple TurboTax locations in the New York City metro area, travel within the market, and travel to Intuit’s San Diego home office. Tax expertise is preferred but not required, and the position offers hourly pay of $45.50–$61 in New York plus performance-based rewards and benefits.
