The Retail Operations Supervisor leads store sales and operational excellence, including customer service, merchandising, inventory, promotions, cash-office administration, reporting, training, and health and safety. The role requires at least three years of retail customer service experience, one to two years of supervisory experience, strong prioritization and multitasking skills, and strong visual merchandising skills.
