Description
KOMPASS employees complete scheduled weekly plan-o-gram section resets in Kroger grocery stores. The role involves reading schematics, collecting tags and products, breaking down and rebuilding shelving, placing products, cleaning work areas, reporting completion, working independently, assisting customers, coordinating with store staff, following safety and timekeeping guidelines, and supporting additional store needs when required. A high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, English fluency, a smartphone with data access, personal tape measure and safety gloves, retail experience, and the ability to perform demanding lifting and mobility tasks are required or preferred.
