Elders is seeking a permanent, full-time Retail Products Specialist to support the Retail business. The role involves managing end-to-end business systems processes, establishing SOPs, identifying and remediating inefficiencies, analyzing transactions, supporting invoicing, leading supplier onboarding, governing EDI transaction flows, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring transaction trends. The specialist will collaborate with the branch network and management teams to enhance internal customer service and drive continuous improvement.
