Description
Upfront is hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee the development of new Foodstores from construction start through handover, working closely with the Store Developer. The role issues tenders, selects contractors and suppliers, manages suppliers and budgets, monitors timelines, leads on-site work meetings, and performs quality inspections. It requires strong organizational skills, construction expertise, and the ability to work primarily on site; candidates need at least one year of relevant construction project experience or a construction engineering degree from TU Delft or a university of applied sciences. The position is based at the Van Nelle Factory in Rotterdam and pays €3,000 to €4,500 gross per month.
