Macy’s is hiring a Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, to support store operations by receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, and delivering curbside. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, maintaining the sales floor, and completing end-of-day stockroom and order tasks. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week; all schedules include weekend shifts. The position requires flexible availability, dependable attendance, customer and team communication, physical activity including lifting up to 30 pounds, and the ability to use computers and register technology.
