Parkdean Resorts is hiring a Retail Assistant to provide guest service in its holiday-park retail shops. The role welcomes guests, offers product advice, maintains a clean and safe shop, upsells and boosts sales, replenishes and rotates stock, operates tills, supports store managers, handles customer queries and complaints, and completes administrative and reporting tasks. Candidates should have retail or customer-facing experience, knowledge of EPOS and stock management systems, confidence to support team members, strong organisational and analytical skills, and attention to detail.
