Cotton On is hiring a Retail Risk Partner to manage investigations involving theft, fraud, security, and loss; analyze reporting and dashboards; support Area Managers and store teams; provide security and safety support for retail and distribution centers; identify process breakdowns; and verify physical security systems such as CCTV, merchandise tagging, locks, safes, and alarms. The role requires retail operations knowledge, loss prevention experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with HR and ER requirements, with investigation and physical security expertise preferred.
