Vodafone is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant Apprentice in Chemnitz for a three-year apprenticeship starting 01.08.2027. The apprentice will work in-store with the sales team, identify customer needs, recommend products, develop sales strategies, and attend vocational school two days per week. After successful completion, a Sales Agent position is guaranteed. The role pays €1,285, €1,406, and €1,519 per month in the first, second, and third years, respectively, plus mobile-phone and internet contributions, travel, learning-material, and meal contributions, and provides a laptop and work mobile phone. Applicants need a lower secondary or intermediate secondary school leaving certificate, strong communication skills, interest in telecommunications, interest in needs-based sales, and at least C1 German; applications require a CV, two recent certificates, and a cover letter or short video.
