Vodafone is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant Apprentice for a three-year apprenticeship starting 01.09.2027 in Dortmund or Bochum, with vocational school attendance two days per week. The apprentice will work in-store with the sales team, identify customer needs, recommend products, and develop sales strategies. After successful completion, a Sales Agent position is guaranteed. The role pays €1,285, €1,406, and €1,519 per month in the first, second, and third years, respectively, plus mobile and internet allowances and contributions toward travel, learning materials, and meals.
