Vodafone is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant Apprentice in Mannheim to work in-store with the sales team, identify customer needs, recommend sustainable products, and help develop sales strategies. The apprentice attends vocational school two days per week and receives a guaranteed Sales Agent position after successful completion. The apprenticeship runs for three years, starting 01.09.2027, with monthly earnings of €1,285.00, €1,406.00, and €1,519.00 in the first, second, and third years, respectively, plus mobile-phone and internet subsidies, travel, learning-material, and meal subsidies, and a work laptop and mobile phone. Applicants need a good lower secondary or intermediate secondary school-leaving certificate, strong communication skills, enthusiasm for telecommunications, interest in needs-based sales, and at least C1 German; applications require a CV, two recent certificates, and a cover letter or short video.
