Clarks is hiring part-time Sales Associates to support footwear retail operations. Responsibilities include delivering sales performance, organizing merchandise and back stock, providing customer service, upselling products and accessories, maintaining the Clarks brand, following loss-prevention procedures, and assisting with store maintenance. The role requires extended standing, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
