Description
IKEA is hiring a permanent part-time Home Furnishings Consultant to advise customers on home furnishing products and services, maintain sales-floor presentation, assemble displays, respond to customer needs, maximize sales and profitability, and support promotional activities. The role requires 12–20 hours per week, including weekday and weeknight availability plus Saturday and Sunday availability from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, and pays $19.91–$28.12 per hour. Applicants should have 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, with warehouse, logistics, inventory, stocking, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
