Saatva is hiring Sleep Guides for its nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. The role involves engaging customers and team members during scheduled shifts, explaining mattress and bedding products, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a high-quality in-person retail experience. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and computer skills; retail or customer-service experience is preferred, but training is available.
