The Retail Sales Associate will provide friendly and competent customer consultation, prepare customer orders, handle complaints, place products and promotional items, label prices, and contribute assortment ideas. The role requires retail or related trade experience, knowledge of window and door assortments, strong customer communication, organizational skills, and openness to digital tools and inventory systems.
