Boll and Branch is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Birmingham, Alabama, combining retail sales, clienteling, product expertise, store presentation, operational tasks, loss prevention, and in-home installations. The role requires at least one year of retail sales or comparable experience, basic cash management and communication skills, office and POS proficiency, and the ability to perform physical store duties. It is scheduled for up to 29 hours per week and pays $19–$22 per hour, with a possible monthly store-performance bonus.
