Boll & Branch is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to work as a sales associate and keyholder at its Edina Galleria store in Edina, Minnesota. The role focuses on converting existing traffic, developing repeat business, selling products, providing in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultations, maintaining store presentation and cleanliness, reconciling paperwork, protecting assets, and performing installations. Candidates need at least one year of retail sales or comparable experience, basic retail math and cash-management knowledge, communication skills, POS and office software proficiency, and the ability to meet the role’s physical requirements. The position works up to 29 hours per week and pays $19–$22 per hour, with a possible monthly store-performance bonus.
