Macy’s is hiring a Retail Selling Colleague to provide personalized customer service, recommend products, meet sales goals, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor. The role includes greeting customers, recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, supporting store operations, and using cash registers and other technology. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week; both schedules include weekend shifts.
