The role involves overseeing store opening and closing operations, managing daily store activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising sales floor staff, acting as a leader on duty during absences, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and driving sales performance. The Sales Lead will also handle visual merchandising, inventory management, and supporting various marketing events.
