Squishable is hiring a Retail Sales Lead to represent the brand in a store, enforce sales strategies, hold the sales team accountable for productivity, resolve customer issues, develop product knowledge, and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly performance. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment, a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to transport stock.
