Description
Huckberry is hiring a Retail Sales Manager to lead the sales team and overall store performance at its newest brick-and-mortar location in Hayes Valley. The role owns revenue execution, clienteling, sales-floor leadership, visual merchandising, product training, community activations, associate development, and store budgets. It requires a proven record of exceeding sales metrics, strong clienteling and community-activation experience, and excellent communication and coaching skills. The position offers a $75,000–$90,000 base salary plus performance-based bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
