Vita Coco is hiring a remote Retail Sales Manager for Metro NY, ideally based in Brooklyn or Queens, to drive retail revenue, depletion, distribution, and execution goals across top accounts. The role reports to the Market Manager and focuses on strategic planning, innovation launches, retail program execution, distributor management, in-store display and shelf-set improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with distributor sales teams and retail customers. The position requires at least 1+ years of field sales, retail execution, or account management experience, comfort using CRM/sales tools, travel within the market, and the physical ability to lift product cases and work on-site in stores regularly.
