AIRR is hiring a permanent, full-time Retail Sales Representative to support agricultural clients and local communities. The role involves customer service, product and service recommendations, relationship building, sales transactions, quotes, inventory management, stock handling, and receiving. Candidates should have a proven sales track record, strong retail and customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to learn agricultural, fencing, chemical, feed, and animal health products; a forklift license is preferred and will be required.
