Mons Royale is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for its Frankton Store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, advising customers on Mons Royale products, creating an inclusive in-store experience, maintaining store standards, and engaging the local fan base as a brand ambassador. Retail or sales experience is beneficial but not required; applicants should have strong communication skills, be enthusiastic and quick to learn, understand merino or Mons products, and demonstrate passion for sustainability and the outdoors. Weekend availability is required.
