Russell Cellular is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to sell cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other wireless devices and services to customers. The role includes customer service, product knowledge, marketing and community events, customer follow-up, store operations, inventory and cash management, and meeting sales goals. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn wireless technology, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Starting pay is up to $18 hourly, with health, dental, vision, and life insurance and other benefits.
