Sales Focus Inc. is hiring full-time Retail Sales Representatives to represent Duke Energy at assigned retail locations in Winston-Salem. The role involves engaging customers, explaining the Power Manager program, enrolling eligible customers, meeting sales and enrollment goals, answering questions, and traveling between locations. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, paid holidays and time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) eligibility after one year, and paid training. Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is preferred, along with strong communication, outgoing customer-interaction skills, goal orientation, reliability, problem-solving ability, and weekend availability.
