Vodafone is hiring a Retail Salesperson Apprentice for a three-year apprenticeship in the Greater Stuttgart area, starting on 01.09.2027. The apprentice will work in-store with the sales team, identify customer needs, support sustainable product sales, develop sales strategies, and attend vocational school two days per week. After successful completion, a guaranteed Sales Agent position is offered. The role pays €1,285, €1,406, and €1,519 per month in the first, second, and third years, respectively, plus mobile and internet subsidies, travel, learning-material, and meal subsidies, and provides a laptop and work mobile phone. Applicants need a good lower secondary or intermediate secondary school leaving certificate, strong communication skills, interest in telecommunications, interest in needs-based sales, and at least C1 German; the application requires a CV, two recent school reports, and a cover letter or short video.
