Description
The Site Director supervises day-to-day security operations at assigned client sites, managing Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors, scheduling, payroll, training, performance reviews, escalated incidents, client and employee relationships, equipment, and workforce-management systems. The role requires at least seven years of managerial and policy-making experience in law enforcement or contract security, a valid security license where required, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to obtain a security license if needed.
