Nuvision Credit Union is hiring a Retail Service I (RS I) branch operations professional to provide in-person member service and handle a broad range of financial transactions. The role includes receiving and disbursing funds, deposits and loan/VISA payments, transfers, withdrawals, money orders, cash advances, account opening and maintenance, plastic card services, cash-drawer balancing, compliance training, and needs-based cross-selling of credit union products. Candidates need one year of related branch operations experience, a high school education or equivalent, knowledge of banking and NCUA regulations, proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office, strong communication and member-service skills, attention to detail, and NMLS registration. The position is based in Northern California, pays $22.00–$32.08 per hour depending on geographic pay scale, and includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, training, and tuition reimbursement.
