Description
The Retail Service Associate supports in-field retail service programs, supervises consumer-facing route activities, and works with store and deli managers and associates. Responsibilities include behind-the-counter training, store and deli inventory management, performance and compliance monitoring, product sampling, merchandising, sales support, new-account development, and maintaining retail displays. The role requires knowledge of Boar’s Head products, customer engagement, slicer operation, food safety, transportation, and travel; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a college degree is preferred and three to five years of related experience is specified.
