Description
The Retail Service Associate supports in-field retail service programs and supervises consumer-facing route activities. The role trains deli associates, manages store inventory and performance, promotes Boar’s Head products, develops new accounts, maintains merchandising and product presentations, and supports retail program excellence. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years of related experience, food preparation experience, a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, own transportation, and willingness to travel.
