Description
The Retail Store Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of an industrial supply retail branch. Responsibilities include safety and security monitoring, inventory accuracy and cycle counts, receiving, shipping, storage, order auditing, revenue targets, customer and product demonstrations, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment. The role requires at least five years of experience in retail, industrial supply, distribution, or a related industry, computer and business-systems experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass drug screening and a background check.
