Description
The role is responsible for keeping products available on shelves, organizing displays according to brand standards, checking price labels, monitoring shelf stock and product rotation, coordinating with store management to maintain product flow, and following assigned routes. It requires secondary education with a high school diploma, communication and persuasion skills, relationship-building ability, customer orientation, and availability for a fully on-site, dynamic retail position. The salary is 4,784 RON gross monthly, with a 200 RON performance bonus, public transport reimbursement, meal vouchers, and private medical insurance.
