Moomoo Malaysia is hiring a Retail Store Associate for its physical experiential stores to support customer onboarding, basic product and platform guidance, in-store marketing, sales support, and daily operational/compliance tasks. The role focuses on front-line customer service in the financial services sector, with exposure to retail brokerage and wealth management, and includes shift work, weekends, and public holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome, while customer service, financial advisory, or retail experience is an advantage; Malay proficiency is required, Mandarin or English is a plus, and CSMRL/UTC credentials are preferred with sponsorship available if needed.
