PENNY is hiring a part-time retail employee for its store at Friedrichstr. 1–3, 25767 Albersdorf. The role involves serving customers, assisting at the checkout, stocking shelves, and checking product quality and freshness. The position requires initial retail experience, teamwork, customer friendliness, responsibility, and flexibility from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 22:00. It is a permanent open-ended contract with 20–30 hours per week and includes holiday pay, a Christmas bonus after the second year, employee discounts, a discounted Germany ticket, pension benefits, vacation, and childcare and eldercare support.
